Position: Delivery Lead Location: Olney, Milton Keynes Job type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to 45k dependent on experience About the ro le: They are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join their small dynamic team based in Bolton who enjoys a 'can do' approach, and a passion for both digital marketing and professional self-development. Responsibilities: - Managing the website day-to-day (WordPress & SilverStripe) and associated digital/apps platforms such as CRMs and Mobile Apps - Being the quality gate for all work that is deployed - Triage of new support tickets and management of timescales for completion - Working with internal stakeholders to improve website performance, challenging their views to improve their site with your expertise - Development and implementation of agreed digital strategies to support client's business objectives along with new features for the website and application - Management of projects from concept through to delivery - Creative and constructive contributions to meetings with a confidence to challenge; proactive not reactive - Supporting team members (3) and managing third-party suppliers About you: - At least four years' experience within digital - Excellent knowledge of content management systems particularly WordPress or SilverStripe - Experience with email marketing providers, such as HubSpot, and the ability to manage the CRM, Create new Emails & SMS messages - Ability to take designs and translate them into functional pages on a CMS with the help of a developer. Along with the ability to spot issues or potential breaking changes. - Previous experience with programming languages such as CSS, HTML and PHP - React & JS knowledge is not necessary but would be a bonus - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - An excellent understanding of the digital industry - Confident communicator and presenter at all levels, with excellent interpersonal skills - The ability to think laterally and be open-minded - Agency experience would be preferential This is a role for a passionate professional if they do not know the answer they go to find it; working to best-practice is mandatory. You must live within a 45-minute commute of Olney for a suitable work/life balance.
