Compliance Monitoring Officer We are working with a national Fire and Security company who are growing their Operations team with a Compliance Monitoring Officer to streamline their compliance and finances. Job Role Summary The Compliance Monitoring Officer will be highly organised, taking ownership and ensuring the strict control of contract deliverables. You'll be ensuring scheduling is accurately executed, KPIs achieved, ensure controls are in place to mitigate risks, and report statistical data on levels of compliance. Responsibilities * Oversee compliance functions and personnel delegation alongside the compliance manager * Compliance reporting and risk management * Take ownership of deliverables - Be proactive and organised * Client liaison with regards remedial works / KPIs / compliance levels / site assets * Setting up new contract deliverables when required * Ensure all invoicing is completed correctly * Monitor upcoming scheduling and day to day resource management * Provide statistical data where required * Follow H&S legislation & guidance Required * Previous contract delivery / management / monitoring experience is essential * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential * Experience undertaking reviews across contracts and invoicing * Experience working with finance / security / IT beneficial * Attention to detail and critical analysis skills Package £28,000 + benefits Location Huddersfield Reference ZCL33864
