The Performance and Risk Team is responsible for supporting the Group in delivering excellent performance by using business intelligence methodologies and tools and managing risk effectively. The team is also responsible for managing the Internal Audit programme and co-ordinating Business Continuity activity. This is an important role in which you will: Support the Quality and Performance Manager in developing and strengthening the quality and performance function within the Group. This will include producing performance information and reports for use at all levels across the organisation. The post holder will support operational teams to manage and understand performance results and identify areas for improvement. To be successful in this role you will: * Have a sound knowledge of performance management within a social housing environment. * Ability to prepare and present complex data and information effectively to customers, colleagues, stakeholders and senior management. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and issues within large and complex data sets. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative and forward-thinking action plans to improve performance or service delivery.
