Overview
S Knights Recruitment are recruiting for a Regional Training Provider in the North West, a specialist Adult Education Provider with deep rooted links with local employers and the community. They deliver a number of post 16 programmes, including AEB, ESF, DWP Programmes as well as Ministry of Justice and Traineeships. Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Quality to drive and maintain the high levels of Quality across the business Your role as the Head of Quality will be to: • Lead the organisation in preparing and achieving a successful outcome from future Ofsted inspections • Provide united and coherent leadership and management of the quality agenda across every aspect of the business • Develop the organisational quality assurance and improvement strategy in line with the strategic business plan • Work with the quality team, trainers, assessors and IQAs to embed a strong culture of quality and to ensure active participation by staff in all quality improvement processes including self-assessment, action plans and performance review meetings • Ensure the Quality team operate effectively across the whole organisation, monitoring all aspects of quality and implementing a structured programme of quality improvements raising standards within teaching, learning and assessment • Support the work with curriculum teams in developing understanding and effective use of statistical information relating to the learner experience and performance to drive up standards • Review delivery models to ensure they are fit for purpose, maximise resources and are flexible enough to support future offers • Develop and maintain a rigorous quality assurance framework and develop and maintain effective quality improvement processes that both drive up standards and raise levels of learner success • Lead on planning, organisation and operational implementation of effective quality and self-assessment systems, processes and procedures that support an improvement in standards in teaching, learning and assessment Experience and Skills: The ideal Head of Quality will have experience of: • Successfully developing and delivering an organisational strategy • Development of curriculum delivery
