HR Advisor Location: Petersfield, Hampshire Contract: Permanent Hours: (42.5hrs pw) Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30 Salary: 20,995 - 23,205 The Company: Haste Ltd has built a nationwide reputation as the emergency response and problem solving company to Utilities and Energy Suppliers backed up with exceptional Customer Care / Customer Service. Haste are contractors to the electricity distribution network operators (DNO's) and suppliers. The Role Supporting the HR, Learning and Development Manager in a small team working alongside two HR Admins, this role includes general HR advice, policy and document review to ensure all current legislation is met, recruitment of new staff for our rapidly growing teams and providing ongoing support on ER matters to managers throughout the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team with lots of room for development of new and existing processes, to have a hand in the creation of a bespoke HR database and to provide excellent customer service to our internal clients. This role would suit an ambitious HR Assistant looking to take their next step into a more senior position, or for an experienced HR Advisor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact on a developing HR function. Requirements: * Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above * Previous experience of working within a customer-facing HR department * Experience of all aspects of HR administration * Demonstrable experience of advising on ER cases with a good working knowledge of employment law * Experience of note-taking in hearings- there may be the occasional requirement to travel * Experience with complete employee lifecycle * Assist monthly payroll process * Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of business * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to deliver against KPI's and deadlines * Good I.T.
