Overview
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, warm, friendly Host to join our team. As an experienced Host, you'll already have a solid background in a busy, high-volume venue. You will have a genuine, caring nature, with the ability to make anyone feel welcome. As a Host, you will be responsible for running reservations on Open Table but most importantly, for greeting and seating guests. By managing reservations efficiently, you will play an integral part in maximising covers each shift. Host Benefits: We insist on giving you two days off in a row all the while offering progression and development, with the ability to undertake WSET and our own internal Beverage Academy. We ensure you understand how we work with training provided in our Central Office. We promote a work life balance ensuring that you do not work over your contracted hours and that you do not work on your days off. Hosts at Open House London are encouraged to stay after-shift with the teams to socialise over a drink or two... we want you to be proud to eat in our venues and to help you do that we offer 50% off your entire meal.
