Absolute Translations is growing rapidly and to support its growth we are looking for a new vendor manager for our operations team in a dynamic, supportive and friendly environment in West London. Working with freelance linguists and national & international customers, this position would suit anyone either in or wanting to integrate into the translation industry and learn new skills. We translate into over 200 languages, our focus on quality has allowed for exceptional growth, working with some of the largest brands of the world. We are now looking for a Vendor Manager to build, maintain and enhance solid relationships with language partners. Essential Skills * 2+ Years' experience in vendor managementin an office environment * Excellent knowledge of MS Office * Communication, negotiation and organisation skills * Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills * Detail orientated with the ability to multitask * Improve processes to drive additional efficiency and scalability * Making sure all relevant legal documentation is in place for all our partners * Utilize analytical expertise to identify savings opportunities, in delivering measurable cost savings * Negotiating competitive rates with existing and new vendors for long-term collaboration and on a project basis.
