Salary Competitve Salary and amazing benefits Overview About the Role A position has become available for an IT Support Technician to be part of our IT Operations team here at Mamas & Papas. The IT Support Technician is a varied position covering our head office, warehouse, and stores as part of a fun and creative support team. The role will cover the following key responsibilities: * Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business * Answer and action calls regarding a vary of IT issues * Qualify and log calls regarding specialisms and priority * Provide administrative support on IT access information for all new starters, or leavers making sure all information added or removed is GDPR compliant across store, head office, international, and warehouse colleagues. * Conduct and prioritise daily checks list, including due reminders. * Provide accident reviews and reports. About the Person To really shine in this role, we are looking for someone with a real passion and knowledge for IT support, always eager to learn new ways, new systems. A problem solver with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances with a methodical, customer focussed approach. You'll have an eye for detail, and creative mind to task solving.
