Bringing everything together to put the customer first when they go online to shop. What do they need, what don't they need and how can we help, inform and reassure? Putting the customer first. With the support of your Digital Content Executive, (who you will manage, inspire and develop), you will work closely with the Product Trading, Marketing and Digital UX & Development teams to make sure we have the right products and message, in the right place, at the right time online. Based at our head office, situated midway between Manchester and Leeds, you will pull together key data and insight analytics to create a clear online shopping strategy, orchestrating the commercial online customer journey and experience.
