E-Commerce & Digital Acceleration Manager We are recruiting for an E-Commerce & Digital Acceleration Manager in our Expert (HCP) business, which is a lead role within marketing aimed at creating and aligning the Expert digital agenda with the wider digital focus across the Consumer Healthcare GB & Ireland business. You will be creating a 3 to 4 year expert digital strategy, driving the creation of enhanced digital content across the area and leading the Expert to Ecomm project. You will also champion the digital transformation of the dental field team in GB and the rollout of a similar transformation for the Pharmacy team in Ireland with a focus on digital detailing aids and remote engagement. You will own and manage the expert data across all platforms and seek ways to ensure we utilize data efficiently across expert. You will act as a consultant working with the wider expert team to identify and execute the right digital points of influence for HCPs, line manage the digital and data executive who will look after FSFA and the digital hub. Reporting into the Expert Marketing Director, your success will be achieved by working closely with the rest of the Expert team as well as the Digital, the Ecomm sales, external data providers, Brand marketing, Regulatory and Medical teams. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Create and implement the 3-year Expert digital strategy for both Oral Health and Wellness * Develop and facilitate the "Expert to Ecomm - Recommendation to Purchase" strategic initiative around how we drive patients to purchase products from our ecomm vendors * Own and be accountable for all our data points including creating ways to manage data more effectively across all the touch points in Expert including FSFA * Lead the creation of Digital content for Pharmacy Field teams that are reflective of the new ways of engagement across the area * Move GBI from "local adaptation" to "local creation" of digital assets and material * Share learnings and insights on digital performance, accountable for piloting any test and learns with other markets to build capability * Ensure content from the brand teams fits in with GSK Health Partner templates across all categories as well as other Digital platforms * Relationship management with eCommerce Planning agencies, Publicis and other key stakeholders including Dunnhumby, Amazon Advertising, Flywheel and i2C. * Act as a subject matter expert to optimise locally owned platforms * Identify key opportunities for the delivery of digital integration and innovation across Programmatic, Search, Social, strategic media / data partnerships & eCommerce. * Line manage the Digital and data ops executive in terms of their development, KPIs, roles and responsibilities and interaction within the wider team About You: You will be a strong communicator and team player be successful in this role. This is a high-profile role that drives the digital agenda so you will be comfortable with engaging at various levels across the business and leading the conversation on expert digital as well as ecomm engagement. You will be experienced in creating and driving a commercial strategy and managing multiple projects whilst leading and motivating a newly created team. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to show resilience & commitment, be a passionate problem solver and able to drive projects & teams forward. You will be confident in building relationships with various stakeholders showing ability to influence with well-developed communication skills both in written and verbal form.
