Eusebi's is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. Eusebi's serves hand-made pasta, small plates and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients with an exciting menu that changes every season. We are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Sous Chef to join our brigade in our busy restaurant. At Eusebi's, Training & Development is an crucial part of our culture, and this year staff members have already benefitted to trips to the vineyards of Sicily and the islands of Pantelleria and Franciacorta in order to improve their knowledge and skills . The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality Restaurant .
