6 WEEK BOOKING FROM MID APRIL A fantastic opening has come up in JERSEY (off the northern coast of France) for a Sous Chef to help produce fantastic Bistro quality food & enjoy a bit of island lifestyle 5 day working week & no nights as the restaurant is only open for breakfast & lunch. Salary up to £15ph. Min 40 hours per week. Single person accommodation will be provided. For this role but you must have at least two years experience in a recognisable fresh food business. The numbers here are not for the fainthearted - the venue regularly does 150 - 200 covers per day so please do not apply if you are not currently in a business that does at least a 100 - 150 covers per day.
