Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef- Recently "Voted Top 100 Restaurants in the U.K. by The Times & The Sunday Times food critics as well as one rated " Scotsman - Best Dining Experience " , this is great opportunity to join the busy kitchen of an award winning restaurant. Eusebi's is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. Eusebi's serves their daily fresh hand-made pasta, small plates and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients with an exciting menu that changes every season. We are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Sous Chef to join our brigade in our busy restaurant. At Eusebi's, Training & Development is a crucial part of our culture, and this year staff members will be offered training here in the UK with associated partnership restaurants and also visit Italy to be introduced to growers, vineyards and work with chefs of other Italian restaurants in order to improve and enhance knowledge and skills .
