Chefs for Chefs are currently on the lookout for a senior Chef De Partie to join a fantastic Hotel group in York City Centre. The property is a stunning 4* Hotel that boast 143 bedrooms and over the last couple of years has had a multimillion pound refurbishment with all brand-new kitchen equipment fitted for both including the conference & Banqueting kitchen. Even though this hotel is part of a nationwide company this site is classed as an independent hotel, so the head chef has full control of menus utilizing the best suppliers possible in the area. The dining area can cater up to 200 covers on special occasions & breakfast, through lunch & Dinner service on average they cater for 50 covers serving all fresh food to a high very high standard by utilizing their local suppliers. The average working week is 40 hours spread out over 5 days over 7 all straight shifts for a fantastic salary on 18,000-20,000 per annum with plenty of hotel benefits for working with this fantastic company. Overall, we are looking for a self-motivated forward-thinking individual to join this already successful brigade to push for greater success alongside a fantastic hotel group.
