To support the continuous growth, the company is currently looking for a motivated Business Process Documentation Specialist, to assist in documenting, reviewing and updating the company processes. Working as the Process Documentation Specialist you will report to the Senior Specialist and you will work as part of a cross departmental team to assist in monitoring and documenting current business processes. Responsibilities: Each business process is documented with a detailed description of how things are done to meet an identified business need. To be effective, business processes must be formally designed, structured, documented, and communicated. It is therefore important to capture as much detail as possible in the process description in the form of text, videos, graphics and any other appropriate method. In more detail, your duties and responsibilities as the Business Process Documentation Specialist will include the following: * Definition, documentation and review of ongoing process workflows * Preparation and production of new documentation for internal processes * Review of the existing documentation to confirm the described process is consistent with the process followed by the relevant departments of the business * Organise the document management system structure and archiving * Communicating with different departments to ensure that the processes are compliant and consistent with other departments' practices * Preparing and reviewing end user documentation & training materials * Support employee on-boarding by providing new hire training on the document management system and provide user support * Work closely with senior management to ensure overall documentation coordination * Monitor progress of documentation schedules, ensure timely updates and completion * Proactively manage periodic review process of the documentation to identify process gaps and the need for updates Essential Skills: The successful candidate should be a confident candidate who is happy and able to work autonomously but also as part of a team. Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you possess the following skills: * Demonstrable strength in administrative, organisational, analytical and planning skills * Excellent written and verbal communication, impeccable spelling and grammar. * Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills * Ability to write, structure and present effective process documents * A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation * Able to take ownership and responsibility for own work * Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities, maintaining a very high level of accuracy * Process driven and solution orientated * Focus on continuous improvement and process development * Strong belief in adhering to deadlines and quality service * Educated to a minimum of A Level or Degree or equivalent standard * Previous experience in a similar role. * Project Management/Training/Education experience * Experience in Visio or other similar software Qualifications: * Native/proficient in English language * Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Desired skills Employment Type: FULL_TIME
