About the Role We are seeking an experienced Options Trader who can join our successful eurostoxx team in a role that has the potential to move into a leadership position over time. You will work with experienced senior traders and risk managers to develop profitable strategies that deliver sustainable short and long-term growth. About You We are looking for an inclusive team player who can express their ideas in a collaborative and open environment. They must also have: * A high level of technical proficiency (including the effective management of daily P&L volatility and applying hedging strategies/tactics within approved parameters), sound business acumen, strong market knowledge and ability to transfer skills and knowledge easily. * Experience trading Options and be able to demonstrate an ability to trade and manage a trading book covering several products. * A sound approach to risk management strategies and ability to accurately manage risk within parameters set by Management and the Risk team, accepting their advice and guidance.
