Production Operative This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join a successful and well-established manufacturer of specialist composite products. Fibrelite is owned by OPW, a Dover Corporation subsidiary and global company. Working with Polyurethane Foam, Glass fibre cloths and Thermoset Polyester Resins to manufacture Glass fibre Composite parts for the Petroleum Retail and Industrial applications. Duties to Include: * Moulding of Polyurethane Foam parts * Cutting * Forming and assembly of Glass fibre materials * Moulding using Polyester resin Glass fibre reinforcement utilising Resin Transfer and Vacuum Infusion techniques * Trimming and grinding of moulded parts * Final finishing * Assembly and testing of parts prior to wrapping and packing Equipment / Machinery used: * Electronically controlled dispensing equipment * Band / Circular saws * CNC cutting equipment * Air tools (including Stapling, Grinding, Cutting and Drilling equipment) * Resin Pumps and hand tools Hours of work: Day Shift Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 16:00 Friday 6:00 - 13:00. 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 Friday 6:00 - 13:00. 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 15:00 - 23:30 Friday 13:00 - 20:00 Night Shift Monday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30 Friday 20:00 - 03:00 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information or any other factors prohibited by law.
