Second Step is a leading mental health charity in the South West offering housing, support and hope to thousands of people with mental health and complex needs. Service Manager - Homelessness & Complex Needs Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent post Salary: £33,630 - £37,833 Location: Bristol We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead Second Step's Housing Services. Second Step provides a variety of accommodation based services as part of the Bristol City Council commissioned Pathways, as well as multiple other housing related services. Currently accommodation based services are based in Bristol, however, Second Step has services throughout the South West. You'll have knowledge of the support needs of people with mental health difficulties and experience of delivering significant change within services. You'll work in a value-based, person focused way and be able to develop and manage relationships with key partners. Having a background in supported housing, or a related field you will develop a strong performance culture. Second Step is a leading provider of mental health services.
