We have three divisions, HR, Support and, PR & Marketing. We're all working towards a common goal which means you won't find a siloed way of working here. Due to exciting growth plans, we are now looking for two Recruiters to join us working on two very large accounts. We're keen to hear from Recruiters with the following skills: * Excellent candidate management skills * Relationship focused * Able to work autonomously towards an end goal * Fantastic organisation and administrative skills * Can confidently use social media to source candidates - i.e. boolean and x-ray searching * Preferably experience gained filling tricky roles. By working for us, you'll work with two of the largest organisations within the tech space. Both are household names. We work in a very informal and fluid environment... no KPIs, no suits and absolutely no timing how long you're on the phone for! As for our benefits, we offer the following: * Continued training and a clear path for progression. * 22 days annual leave plus 3 extra days for your birthday, Christmas and summer. PLUS Bank Holidays. We're also usually closed between Christmas and New Year. * Summer hours during July and August. * Company breakfast every Friday. * Monthly social events. * Monthly uncapped commission with no threshold.
