The role Term time plus training days (37.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year 8am-4pm Mon-Fri) Fixed term contract covering maternity leave We are looking for a vibrant and dedicated colleague to join our inclusion team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and successful safeguarding team. As part of this role, you will be working predominantly with our community, building positive relationships and improving the wellbeing of the children in our academy. You will take the lead on the early help assessments for our primary families and manage CPOMS throughout the academy day. Experience of running early help assessments and using CPOMS (or equivalent) would be desirable. You will be working closely with external agencies such as social care and will represent the school at various meetings with the various agencies. As part of your role, you will work closely with our children on their wellbeing, ensuring that they have everything they need to be ready to learn.
