As a Facilities & Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of suppliers and contractors who provide maintenance and repair services with the NEW Didcot campus. This includes but is not limited to the infrastructure which is essential to our quality and safety regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities in this role will include; * Delivery of the Supplier Management Process in conjunction with operational and functional owners. * Review and agree on Quality/Technical Agreements with Suppliers and contractors, ensuring full compliance against these agreements. * Responsible for delivering compliance with GDP regulatory requirements for activities undertaken in relation to the Warehouse and Distribution activities. * Support business growth by advising and participating on implementation of projects. * Compliance First - Prioritise full compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO 9001 and any other compliance or regulatory requirements as appropriate. * Maintain professional knowledge of relevant and current regulatory requirements within the EU and UK. * Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and all relevant GMP/GDP/ISO requirements. * Ensure that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively Ensure that suppliers and contractors are approved through the appropriate channels. * Approve any activities relating to the infrastructure of the Life Sciences estate. * Ensure that self-inspections are performed at regular intervals following a pre-arranged programme and that necessary corrective measures are put in place. * Management and completion of Change Controls at site/business unit level as required. * Support and advice on Process Improvements being driven to deliver compliance and efficiency. * Ensure all regularly used suppliers and contractors have a relevant suite of key performance indicators and are accountable for their performance. * Support and Participation on Local Project Management and Implementation. * Line Manage the Assistant Facilities' Manager Role to ensure that training and development, performance reviews and motivation is provided. Key skills and experience in this role will include: * Experience of managing suppliers of services that maintain and make modifications to warehouse infrastructures. * Experience of managing small projects involving multiple suppliers and contractors. * Experience in working in a warehousing environment in a supplier /facilities management related role. * Experience in setting and managing KPIs for supplier and contractor performance. * Understands corporate and legislative health and safety requirements and ensures these are followed at all times. * Understands usage of warehouse management systems present in business. * Administration and Financial awareness for Budgetary controls and reporting What will you get in return?
