Our client is looking for Warehouse and Facilities Coordinator

Requirements:

1. Tertiary level qualifications in Management, Operations Management, Warehouse/

Inventory Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum five (5) years experience in a similar position.

3. Previous supervisory experience required.

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

5. Awareness of Inventory Management software/applications


Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:


1. Maintain receiving, warehousing, packaging, and distribution operations by initiating,

coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

2. Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, packaging, and dispatch of goods.

3. Maintain the physical condition of the storeroom by ensuring appropriate and efficient

packing and storage of goods. Rotate stock using the First in First Out (FIFO) system.

4. Manage and control storeroom equipment, ensuring safekeeping and timely servicing to

prevent downtime.

5. Maintain and control stock control systems, ensuring timely and accurate records are

maintained and updated.

6. Produce reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and assist in ordering.

7. Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.

8. Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
