Interested in learning more about life at Catalent? Start here Catalent Pharma Solutions are looking to recruit an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our EHS team in Bathgate . The role will focus on improving a range of areas within the EHS processes and there would be the opportunity to implement considerable change. The Role * Provide competent advice to line management on EH&S, as well as related compliance issues * Support managers to ensure all significant risks are covered by a suitable and sufficient risk * Maintain EH&S procedures, risk assessments and documentation. Review SOP's within the site document management system. * In collaboration with theTraining Department ensure EH&S training (including induction) is provided, monitored and recorded * Co-ordinate the reporting and investigation of accidents, injuries, dangerous occurrences, near misses and work-related ill health * Oversee/participate in workplace EH&S audits and inspections * Co-ordinate and attend EH&S committee meetings and maintain records * Provide leadership and contribute to the successful implementation of the EHS management programmes, aiming to reduce losses to the business and employees The Candidate * Excellent communication skills * Manufacturing experience desirable * A recognized H&S qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH desirable * Experience in Behavioral Safety would be an advantage Our 7 standard leadership competencies * Leads with Integrity and Respect * Delivers Results * Demonstrates Business Acumen * Fosters Collaboration and Teamwork * Champions Change * Engages and Inspires * Coaches and Develops Position Benefits * Potential for career growth within an expanding EHS team * Competitive annual salary * Healthcare * Pension * Life assurance policy * Range of corporate discounts Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
