The company has experienced rapid growth each year and boasts an exciting client portfolio that includes the likes of Cancer Research UK, Nintendo and Giant Bikes The Opportunity We are seeking to build out our client services team with hard-working, well organised and forward-thinking employees. The department is currently less than 6 months old and therefore we are excited to offer an opportunity for ambitious recruits to help shape the future of our client services offering. The role Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Account Manager (AM) or Senior Account Manager is a key team member and will have responsibility for client relationships and the management of day-to-day client work. You will contribute to the growth of the agency by setting best in class agency standards and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, plus service expansion across your client portfolio. The individual is expected to have a complete understanding of their clients overall business and marketing objectives, and to challenge their clients to think in new ways at a business level. The role will require an individual to have strong working knowledge of the search marketing landscape (including Technical SEO, Digital PR & Link Acquisition, Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRO & Analytics). Key responsibilities of the role: * Own the client relationship - Client servicing is your domain so youll be on top of what the Client is trying to achieve, nurturing your relationships into partnerships, and living and breathing our agency traits in all communication with Clients. * Orchestrate the client team You will be committed to working with the Impression delivery teams to plan and deliver perfect digital strategies that meet client objectives, and inspire with strategic direction. You will ensure our output is fully integrated across channels, delivered to Impression standards, and is delivered within the agreed budget and timeframe. * Drive profitable GP You are commercially astute and whether its revenue, profitability, forecasting, reporting, or identifying and commercialising new business opportunities, you take accountability for driving your accounts P&L success. Requirements * 3 years+ of Account Management experience preferably at a SEM agency * Credible subject knowledge in Impressions key service areas * Knowledge of Google technology stack is an advantage * Excellent knowledge of the wider marketing mix * Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills. * Excellent commercial awareness * Presentation skills & chair proficiency * Strong communication verbal and written with ability to translate for those who dont have technical knowledge * Experience working on multi-channel digital campaigns Skills * A positive and creative thinker, with a passion for all things digital * Ability to lead and inspire others, internally and externally * Exceptional attention to detail and pride in any work produced * Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback * Lives and breathes Impression values * Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment on multiple priorities simultaneously, prioritising and coping well under pressure and with competing demands * A desire to learn new skills * Ability to think and act independently as well as collaboratively * Staying calm and demonstrating empathy; understanding and help clients who may be frustrated * Adopts a range of influencing and negotiation styles to deal with objections/challenges internally and externally * Knowledge of project management frameworks is a bonus.
