Job Description

exciting new HR advisor role for one of the most prestigious and successful movie production organisation globally. You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR, supporting with the day to day running of the HR function for around 150 employees. Becoming the face of HR you will partner with different stakeholders rolling out exciting, creative and commercial HR projects. Responsibilities: * Supporting the Head of in the day to day running of the HR function. * Work with line managers in identifying and tackling L&D needs. * Coaching and supporting line managers with all ER. * Provide HR generalist support on specific projects as needed. * Managing recruitment campaigns. * Ensuring benefits and payroll are administered correctly. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similarly fast-paced industry (media, creative, marketing, retail). * Need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. * Excellent communication skills. * CIPD or equivalent qualification. * You need to be able to manage senior stakeholders effectively and diplomatically.
