Technical Assistant Sixhills, Leicestershire Full-Time & Perm Salary 17,000 - 18,000 Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm Zenrec Exclusive Company Bio & Role Foyle Melton Mowbray requires a Trainee Technical Assistant at their Six Hills site outside Melton Mowbray. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of most progressive beef processing groups in the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the meat industry and a desire to learn about the technical and quality requirements of the food industry. You will be keen to learn and acquire a broad range of skills to help develop a career in the technical function Any experience of working in a technical position in the food industry either from a university placement or full-time, post-grad role would be desirable but, again, not essential. You will be highly driven and committed to your career development, with a strong ambition to become part of the Technical team.
