2 x fixed term contract until May 2021, 1 x fixed term contract until February 2021 Are you passionate about ending rough sleeping? About the role and what we're looking for Working as an Outreach Worker you are involved in making contact and rapid intervention with people sleeping rough, assessing their needs and delivering personalised case management; to support individuals to make the move away from the streets. Outreach Workers also work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies. We are looking for highly motivated people who share our ambition and have some experience of dealing directly with the public and/or customers in a busy service environment. Great communication skills and experience of working effectively with others is essential in this role. This role will suit someone with experience in dealing with rough sleepers with multiple needs and the ability to work with challenging behaviour. You will also have some understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people and the difficulties they experience in accessing services. If you have the ability to empower individuals to make positive changes and a willingness to develop these valuable skills we want to hear from you.
