Homeless Street Outreach Worker

Are you an experienced Homelessness worker looking for work in the Reading area? Are you concerned about the higher number of people living rough on the streets at the moment? Do you want to help make a difference? Our Client, a well-known homeless organisation is looking for an experienced person to help with their Street Outreach Team in Readig. You will be locating and supporting people living rough in the city, and sign posting them to services. It will involve some early starts, some late finishes. It will be full-time, 37 hrs per week. You will be an experienced homelessness worker, with a minimum of 6 months paid experience, have an enhanced DBS which is also registered with the update checking service, ideally have a current full Driving Licence and be able to start asap.
