Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Risk & Quality (R&Q) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary Full job title: Risk Management & Compliance Support Officer Level: Senior Associate Department: IFS - HQ Location: Brussels A career in Risk Management & Compliance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of the Risk & Compliance department within PwC. As Risk Management Support officer, you will support the firm's compliance with Risk Management Standards and legal obligations. The Compliance Team is responsible for overseeing the compliance programme of the firm and assists our client-facing teams with risk management, compliance and ethics matters, including training, internal procedures, regulatory issues and deployment of systems. In addition the team performs monitoring and testing of compliance on a series of matters. What you will learn and do: Your role consists principally of assisting with monitoring, training, performing testing procedures, preparation of dashboards and reporting to management, maintenance of related policies. You will also assist with the implementation of new compliance tools within the firm, including analysis of functional requirements and UAT, and support other Compliance projects. You have an inquisitive mind and a strong risk mindset, you are familiar with data analytics and data modelisation, you are quick in understanding complex processes, you are good at following procedures but you can also think outside the box and you enjoy helping others. Who you are: * A Master's degree and at least 1 year of work experience. * Affinity with new IT applications (such as data modelisation and visualisation software), and you're proficient with more traditional applications. * Analytical skills and natural curiosity and eagerness to deepen your knowledge. * The ability to understand processes and how they fit together. * You are stress resilient. * You have attention to detail. * A quality-driven mindset; you're also flexible, proactive, service-minded and open to change. * Excellent verbal and written English, together with good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
