Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The ZBB & Projects Manager, International role lies within the International Zone. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into ZBB Lead, International. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Key components of the role * Key Partner to ZBB Lead * Identifying and delivering key savings projects across the International Zone * Preparation for regular performance reviews with Zone CFO and Finance leadership * Delivering the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process for Fixed Costs * Driving transformation of ZBB culture and its perception in the organization * Performing variance analysis and challenging financials results and forecasts with key stakeholders * Identifying process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards * Supporting automation efforts of the organization Qualifications Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. * Education: * Bachelor or Masters degree in Business/Commerce subject (e.g. Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance) or STEM. Other backgrounds considered on experience. * MBA desirable * Work Experience: * Consumer Goods experience highly desirable * Background in FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or experience delivering projects in Finance, Strategy or Transformation roles within industry * ZBB experience desirable * Knowledge: * High level of analytical capability * Highly competent with Excel (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL desirable) * Good understanding of the Consumer Goods and Retail industry * Understanding of budgeting, ZBB and financial planning desirable * Language Knowledge: * English (fluency required) * Other languages desirable Professional Attributes (examples, choose max 5) * Confidence / Ability to give pushback * You're a go getter, you're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance. You have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels (including C-suite) * Ability to Simplify * We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast.
