Job Title Analyst, Marketing, D&S The Data & Services business unit is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, Data & Services is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation through Test & Learn, and data-driven information and risk management services. The Data & Services Marketing team is focused on driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention by creating business-to-business thought leadership content programs, as well as building and executing global and regional multi-channel lead-generation campaigns. Tactical marketing execution requirements include the creation of white papers, reports and blog posts, the planning and execution of global and regional B2B events, managing digital lead gen campaigns using marketing automation, CRM and social media solutions, creation of sales materials (such as product features, case studies), and have experience in managing leads. Analysts (Senior Marketing Executives) on the D&S Marketing team support: the development of cross-services strategy development, design and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns connecting to www.mastercardservices.com, measure the impact of marketing investment, and plan large- and small-scale customer-facing events. Role Responsibilities Support the development of thought leadership (with subject matter experts) for brand positioning and lead generation marketing programs Executes regional (Europe, Middle East & Africa) B2B event initiatives end-to-end (for example hosted events, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, event websites). Analyses campaign performance using agreed marketing metrics and reporting tools Prepares marketing solution presentations using specified parameters Work with third parties (e.g., partners, event venues, agencies, etc.) and working cross-functionally with Mastercard teams in managing partners and suppliers. All About You: Understanding of B2B marketing and business development strategies. Experience of working in a matrix organization. Experience of working in key industries such as in financial services, retail, FMCG, hospitality and aviation Experience in a B2B marketing role Experience with Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot and Salesforce.com are a plus Full professional proficiency in English is required. French, Italian or German would be an advantage. Bachelor's degree from leading university Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, self-directed, and hard-working professional with desire to own projects from start to finish Strong drive and interest in increasing responsibility, leadership, and professional growth Excited to contribute to a growing, fast moving, and highly collaborative team with a 'make-it-happen' attitude Inquisitive, with an aptitude for analytical and quantitative problem solving Ability to solve business case questions and demonstrate business aptitude What makes the position great?
