As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: * Take action to ensure everyone has a voice, inviting opinion from all. * Establish the root causes of issues and tackle them, rather than just the symptoms. * Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. * Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. * Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required. * Develop specialised expertise in one or more areas. * Advise stakeholders on relevant technical issues for their business area. * Navigate the complexities of global teams and engagements. * Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. * Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. - Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices - Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction - Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization - Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments - Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework - Resolve conflicts and issues that occur - Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity - Support the product owner and provide education where needed - Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity - Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc. - Organise and lead Scrum ceremonies - Communicate with main stakeholders - Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals - Monitor schedule and cost performance - Identify key KPIs - Prepare and present reports on the progress and success Knowledge and Experience - Proven working experience in delivery management - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus - SAP S4 experience in project delivery - Agile and SAP activate methodology exposure Tools - Jira - Confluence - PPO - Share Point Please note: this is an expression of interest advert Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Up to 60% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
