About this role This role is about solving the customer's complex technological challenges by creating innovative digital solutions and making use of BT and Industry offerings to transform the way they can do business in achieving their vison. You will also be providing key technological architecture solution leadership and expertise throughout all stages of the Solutions Design engagement life-cycle. You'll have the following responsibilities * Lead on building the right solution for customers of single or multiple technology towers from customer requirements. * Provide end-to-end technological solution governance, leadership, accountability and ownership for technology tower(s) throughout the pre-sales and delivery life-cycle. * Develop and managing customer relationships which delivers a unique outstanding customer experience, relating to technology tower(s) engagement. * Define and create statement of requirements for internal/external Professional Services engagement relating to specific engagement. * Being an ambassador for the company, our customers and our team. You'll have the following skills & experience * Comprehensive knowledge of Information systems and technology architectures disciplines in either Networking, Unified Communications and/or Converged Infrastructure & Computing. * Experienced in industry architecture methodologies & languages (TOGAF, MODAF, ArchiMate, ITIL, BPNM, UML and Microsoft Visio). * Experienced working in Major Public industry sectors; Defence (MoD) and/or HM Government departments or agencies. * Experienced in responding to and creating Public sector propositions and bid proposals based on customer requirements (OJEU, PPQ, ISOS, ISDS, ISFT, ITN, ITT) * Experienced in developing technology roadmaps and governance structures in line with customer requirements for specified engagement. * Proven commercial awareness to ensure price sensitive nature of solutions and relation to Win Price * Experienced in identifying and mitigate risks for technology tower(s). * Experienced in communicating and Influencing across all levels of an organisation * Eligible to obtain National Security Vetting Clearance About BT BT has a key role in British society, fostering change and leading technology innovation.
