Do you have a passion for helping disadvantaged young people reach their potential? Do you have a track record of motivating young people with low confidence, trust issues and motivation? If yes, we would love to hear from you. Birmingham City Council's (Council) Youth Promise Plus includes a commitment to provide specialist education, employment and training mentoring that will support vulnerable young people aged 16-29 who are not in education employment or training (NEET) to engage and progress into and sustain education, employment or training (EET). Change Grow Live are delivering the "significant barriers" elements that support young people known to the YOT, Police and services supporting care experienced young people. The Intervention Worker will support 16-29 years old's who are referred by West Midlands Police Teams. They are encouraging young people to achieve their full potential and access the full range of opportunities that are available to them using effective engagement and participation strategies in the community and within partnership premises.
