Job Description

You'll support people with learning disabilities and autism at home and in the community to live life more freely. You don't necessarily need experience as we provide full training. You'll join our friendly team, enabling two young adults with a learning disability and autism to increase their independence. They have lots of interests, living full and very active lives. You will support these indivduals in all aspects of daily living; from cooking to managing finances. Supporting people with their personal care and medication needs is also key. If you have experience as a care assistant or care worker in a care home, you'll discover we provide plenty of on-going training, support to achieve relevant qualifications and career progression. Respectful of people's differences, you can build professional relationships and have a flexible approach. You can work 24/7 shifts including weekends and evenings / nights.
