Job Purpose: + Leading the Global Project Saturn Leadership team, the Project Director will lead the in-house and outsourced teams and be fully responsible for the delivery of Project Saturn + Project Saturn is the multi-year refurbishment of 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London designed to deliver Citi a "state of the art" EMEA HQ building + Citi own 25 Canada Square (total area ~1.2Million square feet) - Project Saturn will deliver between 700,000 and 800,000 square feet of office and amenity space for Citi use with the balance available for use by other third party tenants/occupiers. Job Background : + Citigroup Realty Services (CRS) is a division of Citigroup Enterprise Infrastructure Operations & Technology (EIO&T), providing real estate support services to all Citigroup businesses. Key Responsibilities : + Leader of the Global Project Saturn Leadership Team + Responsible and Accountable for the successful design and delivery of the Project Saturn construction project on time and in budget. + Lead, Manage, motivate and inspire the Project Saturn professional teams, the construction teams and internal Citi stakeholders through all aspects of project design development and project implementation. + Execution of the Project in full compliance with all relevant procedures, laws, all other agreed Governance procedures and in accordance with highest levels of business and professional integrity. + Leading all members of the Global Project Saturn Leadership team and both responsible and accountable for: + Reporting to and implementing Steering Committee decisions. + Making recommendations to Steering Committee + Taking ownership for any reviews and associated resolution of major deviations from approved budget, timelines & specification + Gathering and validating departmental headcount and operational information, business specifics and details. + Gathering and validating Global Design Standards for all functions + Gathering and validating Amenities scope and applications + Analyse and where appropriate action feedback from business users to Project Team + Reporting to management on any opportunities for additional productivity savings + Reporting to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects + Reporting to management on project status + Providing effective performance management and monitoring. + Manage the procurement and ongoing management of resources to deliver Project Saturn.
