Summary: The Ads and Business Platform Programs Team supports the growth of ourmonetization product builders through scaled and high touch programs. This role is focused on creating and delivering programs to help our Ads andBusiness Platform product builders (Design, Engineering, Product Management,etc.) better understand the customers we build for and serve. At Facebook, productteams are passionate about people and businesses who use our platforms. In thisrole, you will design, develop, and deliver programs that help connect internalteams to both people and businesses on an emotional level. This could includestorytelling about how businesses interact with the Facebook Family of Apps andServices, designing internal campaigns that drive customer understanding, orbuilding scalable programs to help deliver market insights to our teams. Required Skills: 1. Develop a portfolio of programs that enable our monetization product builders to better understand our customers throughout the product development cycle 2. Drive wide-ranging initiatives such as events, customer panels and fireside chats, content creation (video and written), and communications. 3. Own or support ad-hoc strategic projects, requests and/or analysis, as needed (e. g. building annual planning and prioritization process across the team). 4. Work hyper-cross functionally with Global Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Research, and Product Marketing teams to scale insights across teams and geographies 5. On-board and own relationships with 3rd party vendors (events and content development) 6. Identify and develop strong partnerships with leaders across the ABP organization 7. This role may require up to 15% travel (international and domestic) Minimum Qualifications: 8. 6+ years experience working in advertising or technology industry 9. Experience in program management, product or brand marketing, client-facing or product-facing roles 10. Demonstrable skills across delivering programming excellence, including setting a strategic vision, crafting briefs, conducting analysis, content creation, stakeholder alignment, and program portfolio management 11. Experience leading in a cross-functional environment and both working with and influencing leadership teams 12. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving programs with little direction 13. Experience simplifying and distilling complex program initiatives or topics 14. BA/BS degree Preferred Qualifications: 15. Advertising industry experience preferred Industry: Internet
