Job Description
Our Client a £600m Main Contractor has won an abundance of work recently in the Bedfordshire area. Specialising in major projects across the UK this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company that's on the up! In this instance they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager, a strong number two for a £50m new build RC frame scheme. Senior Construction Manager responsibilities: * Programming amends * Sub Contractor management * Quality Control * Client liaison * Design input * Solving Technical issues on site * Driving project, leading from the front Senior Construction Manager experience required: * Minimum 10 years Site Management experience * Major residential project experience * Degree educated or equivalent (Preferred) * SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black Manager Card Preffered) * Must have good company longevity * Good leader - can do, will do attitude The project work, career development opportunity and salaries / packages on offer are second to none.
