Job Description
Care Assistant - Days/ Nights - Multiple Locations - Eastleigh, Lyndhurst, Netley, Southampton We are working with a top 20 recommended Care Home Group with an outstanding reputation with multiple sites across Southampton. Our client are passionate about their people and provide some excellent benefits and perks such as pension, paid meals, drop off and pick from the train station, weekly food packages and annual awards. We are working on a recruitment drive to recruit Carers on a permanent contract, long and short shifts are available as well as days or night shifts. You will receive a competitive hourly rate, dependant on your experience and we also provide support and training towards Care certificates and NVQ's where required. We will consider the following experience: * Previous experience working in a Care Home / Hospital or similar as a Care Assistant without Care qualifications. * For a Senior position you need to be working towards an NVQ level 3. * If you don't have any care experience you can still apply if you can prove your passion for working in the social care industry.
