About you: Responsible for the provision of onsite, mobile and remote technical support within a given locality to Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust employees based within Berkshire in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Support will be given primarily on desktop hardware and software application problems. However, areas of support will include the remote management of IT equipment, hardware and software installations and configurations, and guidance to a client base of approximately 5,000 users.
