Job Description
What is the Opportunity? This is a senior change management/business analysis role contributing to the success of WMI Business Change Management by managing, planning, and executing key initiatives across the business. What will you do? Supports the WMI Business Change Management function * Manages relationships with senior stakeholders across Wealth Management to drive consensus on the articulation, direction, and delivery of assigned initiatives * Engagement with Business and Functional teams on all aspects of the project lifecycle from analysis through design through testing to change readiness and implementation. * Responsible for all related business deliverables including business requirements, functional specification, testing approach, use/test cases, and change readiness planning. Helps implement strategic business ideas * Defines key initiatives and business improvements required to underpin and deliver on key objectives * Helps drive consensus on priorities, approaches, deliverables, and outcomes * Assesses current levels of business capability maturity and identifies target levels of maturity based on business needs and objectives Looks towards continuous improvement * Identifies ideas to capitalise on opportunities for efficiency and reduce operational risks * Actively engages within the team and wider business areas to foster relationships and develop thought leadership * Builds and maintains a network of internal and external contacts to share best practice, key learnings, and opportunities for development What do you need to succeed? Must have: * Relevant degree or formal business qualification * Significant previous experience of working in a change management function * Strong commercial acumen, knowledge and understanding of financial services businesses * Relevant change management/business analysis experience. * Effective relationship management with senior managers and diverse stakeholders Nice to have: * Large scale change/project delivery experience in financial services. * Proven experience of delivering data, process, and technology change across financial service organisations. * Preferable to have worked in change management environment in a large multi-national organisation. * Experience of Wealth Management What is in it for you?
