Delivery Manager | London | 32,000+ | full time, permanent The role We're looking for a Delivery Manager to provide effective, day-to-day operational management for The Key's content team, ensuring that we deliver content on-time, in-full and within budget across all roadmaps. You will: * Take full responsibility for the delivery of content roadmaps across The Key's product set, balancing timeliness, quality and scope to make sure members have access to critical content at the critical time * Measure, report on and improve operational performance KPIs across the team using appropriate systems, tools and techniques * Optimise content delivery and flow through the team, reducing the cost of hand-offs and delay at critical stages of the content development process * Communicate clearly with all internal stakeholders on the delivery of content roadmaps (across content, marketing and product teams as required) * Manage and forecast resource across the team * Oversee and be responsible for critical processes, systems and technologies The ideal person You will: * Have experience of effectively managing and influencing operational delivery across large teams * Have experience of using a CRM to coordinate work across a team * Have the ability to positively manage stakeholders and motivate others * Be data literate * Have a positive, can do attitude It would be nice if you: * Have a project management qualification How to apply Please upload your CV and cover letter.
