Job Description

ZeroLight is seeking an experiences Data Analyst to provide advanced insight and analysis on the performance of our products. The successful candidate will create and establish a sophisticated platform of data that will extract customer insight and support product development. Working directly within the Product team and closely with the Customer Success and Development teams, the Product Analyst will focus mainly on our SpotLight & Cloud platforms, presenting visualisations on various interactive dashboards and business intelligence tools to bring data to life. This is a newly created role that will operate at the forefront of our cutting-edge products and report directly to our Chief Product Officer, developing a deep understanding of product performance and customer behaviour and using this insight to drive customer retention and acquisition strategies. We are looking for someone who loves data storytelling and can combine this with excellent communication skills to spearhead the evolution of our product portfolio. Responsibilities SpotLight Product Suite * Act as central point of contact for all KPI & Data Management * Provide required data usage reporting to Customer Success, Product & Development teams. * Weekly report creation per customer to include: * User, App & Data Usage * Trends, Progress, Analysis * Issue reports * License usage reports * Media server usage and SLA reports * Weekly aggregated report for SpotLight usage * Similar to OEM but covering entire product & platform * Cross model, cars, OEMs, Regions * Overall KPI management * Overall trends & insights creation * Recommendation on progress, optimization and actions ZeroLight Product Suite * 3D streaming & 2D On Demand data analytics * Wisdom suite product analytics, usage & reporting * Work with Cloud team & create reports on overall usage * User usage focus, recommendations, insights & analytics Product Creation & Maintenance * Work to define SpotLight Analytics dashboard functionalities * Product base, internal & external dashboards * Work with Product Innovation team to develop Analytics demo showcase.
