About the Role ZXES is a new ZX Ventures team with the core mission to accelerate our D2C growth - working at the intersection of customers, ecommerce and brands, to form long lasting partnerships and solve our most complex business problems. We are a team of Technology, Analysts, Performance and Product Specialists that are changing the way we work with our portfolio. We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to work across our global portfolio of eCommerce companies and D2C Brand channels. You will accelerate our current growth strategies, identify gaps and build capabilities for new opportunities, and develop strategies from the ground up for our new to market D2C channels. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who wants to feel the impact of their work across a growing global portfolio. The opportunity is initially for a 2 month period with a likely potential for extension or for the role to go permanent. Key responsibilities * Working closely with our eStore Heads of Marketing, you will develop new acquisition and retention strategies across our paid and organic channels. * Spearhead and implement an innovative digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email and CRM. * Budget management of all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CPLs. Produce metric supported reporting - must excel at campaign and channel reporting, including Google Analytics experience. * Drive digital marketing innovation - build out A/B testing frameworks and mechanisms to test new channels, campaigns and products. * Moving beyond targeting you will develop and own a new creative optimisation strategy, rapidly experimenting with new types of content execution to help find our next opportunities for growth * Be able to build maturity models for our full portfolio, understanding key points of focus for each stage and owning the KPIs for successfully driving the businesses forward. * Working with our owned brands, and their D2C properties, you will help develop strategies for growth from the ground up. * Support Brand Managers in budgeting and change management Required experience and skills: * Previous experience in managing multi-channel growth or performance for a D2C ecommerce business, tech, or agency experience * Experience leading a team of digital marketers * Have previously worked with 3m+ media budgets * Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the full range of digital marketing channels including Paid Social, PPC, SEO and CRO; as well as highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant industry-standard tools * Experience in developing a customer-centric marketing strategy In addition we think it's important that you are... * A strategic thinker, able to see the big picture while maintaining focus on daily details * Great with people - you know how to build and maintain healthy relationships and are able to work collaboratively with creative teams, business leads and external agencies to successfully meet deadlines * Proactive - you take initiative to improve processes, you're a team player and a self-starter, able the thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment * Well organised - you're able to prioritise and manage multiple work streams. * A quick learner - you assimilate new information and show a passion for self-development * You have high levels of motivation with a strong team ethic * Obsessed with experimentation!
