We can offer you: * A value-based culture * Benchmarked salary and progression paths * Training and development * Benefits package including healthcare, matched pension and incentives You will be responsible for: * Driving profitable market share growth through key customer and vendor engagement * Taking solution and service offerings to market including TaaS * Demonstrating a solid customer engagement strategy including multiple parties and levels that drives successful business outcomes * Creating customer unique selling propositions that protects Margin integrity and promotes long term value based customer engagement * Designing and delivering tailored business content consistently to diverse audiences that increases the value of business engagement * Developing tailored customer value propositions against clear understanding of customer business requirements * Enabling and helping the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share * Negotiating key tenders and large deals * Relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure Tech Data is seen as the "Trusted Advisor" * Ensuring ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuity * Ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution. To be successful you will have the following skills and experience : * Experience in services and solution selling desirable * Strategic planning and business case development * Proficient and highly skilled in developing business * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to influence * Self-Management * Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability * IT Channel experience is highly desirable Location - Field Based Salary - Competitive OTE based on experience plus car allowance
