Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our welcoming and busy HR team based at our Head Office in Coney Green, Chesterfield. The ideal candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy. We are looking for a strong team player who has a proven background within an administrative role. Working with the HR team you will be required to deliver an efficient and professional service to employees by providing confidential administration support to the HR team. Responsibilities include: * Providing day to day HR administration support. * Ensuring that computerised staff records are maintained. * Making full use of the Human Resource Information System. * Producing confidential correspondence including contracts and employee relation letters. * Ensuring that all employees provide copies of relevant documentation. * Dealing with internal and external enquiries by telephone, email and letter. * Printing, scanning and filing as and when required. * Ensuring driving licence checks are carried for new starters and on a biannual basis. Key Requirements: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with processing information * Have great communication and interpersonal skills * Be able to be tactful and discreet with sensitive and confidential matters * Has the ability to work in a team but also alone using own initiative * Proven background in Administration * At least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths & English or equivalent In return you will be offered a benefits package which includes a competitive bonus, 32 days holiday including 8 bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, healthcare, life cover and staff discount.
