Manage the scope of the service contract with the customer according to agreed time, cost & quality requirements, Contribute to P&L of the business dealing with single ADM contracts and agreement services. Seek & identify new opportunities and make continuously cost efficiency. ## Responsibilities; * Manage IT & Tools Operations * Delivery Assurance and Governance * High Performance delivery * Risk Management * Sprint Capacity and Velocity Management * Supplier Management * High Performance IT Measurement * Backlog and Quality Management * Continuous Service Improvements * Resource and Service Management * Procurement and Stakeholder management ## To be successful in the role you are * Demonstrated ability: Telecom, OSS, Cloud, Automation, Service Assurance, Service Fulfilment, Service Management and security * 8+ years experience in IT & Tools Assurance manager roles * Demonstrated experience successfully leading operation delivery * Experience in DevOps, CI/CD/CT and Automation * Lead and resolve delivery dependencies between project delivery teams * Drive adoption and focused adherence to quality-oriented development practices (WoW), including Continuous Integration, Automated Unit Testing, Code Reviews, etc. * Implement and utilize key delivery metrics to manage and guide team * Facilitate release planning readiness, vision, backlogs, facilities and planning events. * Facilitate daily Scrum of Scrums, program retrospectives and system demos * Work with System Architects, Product Owners, Business Owners to ensure execution alignment * Drive program level continuous improvement via inspect and adapt workshops * SAFe Program Consultant certification strongly preferred * Familiar with RAN OSS platform interfaces/technology ## What's in it for you?
