Are you in? ## Our Exciting Opportunity The Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager shall take ownership of the customer relationship responsible for ensuring the accurate delivery of Services as specified in the ADM contracts & frame agreement services. Manage the scope of the service contract with the customer according to agreed time, cost & quality requirements, Contribute to P&L of the business dealing with single ADM contracts and agreement services. Seek & identify new opportunities and make continuously cost efficiency. ## Responsibilities; * Demand Management * Resource Management * Supplier Management/3PP Management * Delivery Assurance and Governance * High Performance IT delivery * Risk and Service Management * Continuous Service Improvements * Procurement management ## To be successful in the role you must have; * 8+ years experience in software delivery manager/demand manager roles. * Demonstrated experience successfully leading software development projects using Agile-based methodologies. * Work with Service Lines/Resource Managers/Delivery Unit to fulfil the demands. * Demand Planning/Forecasting: Collate demands (short to long term), capture skills needed, check capacity, identify skill gaps, and plan to address any gaps. * Ensure demands are fully understood and an accurate reflection on what is required. * Ensure efficient and effective deployment and utilisation of people against demands. * Implement efficient/effective demand management process. * Drive program level continuous service improvement via inspect and adapt workshops * Demonstrated ability: Telecom, OSS, Cloud, Automation, Service Assurance, Service Fulfilment, Service Management and Security. * Background of successfully driving sophisticated organizational initiatives. * Lead and resolve delivery dependencies between project delivery teams. * Implement and utilize key delivery metrics to manage and guide team. * Work with System Architects, Product Owners, Business Owners to ensure execution alignment. * Familiar with RAN OSS platform interfaces/technology. ## What's in it for you?
