Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for L&D Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The L&D Functional Program Manager is part of our International Zone Headquarters. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Head of L&D International - Juliet Martin. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Transforming our functional capabilities with structured development programs. The International zone covers all our active countries except for the US and Canada, as such the academies you are driving impact over 6000 employees across the world. The L&D Functional Program Manager is part of our People & Performance Center of Excellence, in which we drive our People strategies and bring to live in collaboration with our local People teams across the world. In brief, you will be responsible for; * Act as a performance consultant with the business - creating learning and development solutions with a focus on Functional Capabilities * Define the roll-out of our Sales and Marketing Academy on International level * Own operational aspects of the learning portfolio including vendor sourcing, budgets, project management, communication, branding and marketing * Support our international team to build an L&D framework that delivers against long term strategic functional goals * Recommend appropriate delivery modality (e.g., classroom, on demand, virtual classroom, performance support, blended learning). Buy, build, and/or redesign solutions as needed * Develop deep relationships within the business, across talent and within the global L&D functions to ensure we are designing, developing and delivering the right solutions at the right time Qualifications Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. * Education - Bachelor's degree, preferable master's degree in training and development, human resources development, education, industrial/organizational psychology or related field. * Work Experience * >3 years of learning and development experience. * Experience with large scale learning program design and delivery * Experience working in a global and distributed learning organization. * Prior experience working directly with senior leadership (CHRO/CEO/Business Leaders). * Knowledge - Contemporary adult learning expertise including instructional design, LMS, MOOCs, classroom (physical/virtual) training, digital learning and technology. * Language Knowledge - English Professional Attributes * Project management skills - Time management has no secrets for you. You're organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe. * Networking skills - You're able to be interesting and interested in business conversations, motivating people to want to be in your network.
