Largely responsible for driving designated Co-Innovation program streams will help identify, create and implement strategic Co-Innovation developments with members of our Partner Ecosystem. Performing a challenging and diverse role, the Program Manager is responsible for the collaboration with all areas of the Finastra and Partner organisation to realise the approved business plan. The Program Manager role must be able to facilitate / bridge any gap between the departments / Partner and maintain strong communications across all aspects of the company. The programs individually will be the result of considerable investment by both Finastra and our Partners, which translates into highly value add market offerings. Objectives: * Drive to completion the approved Co-Innovation programs approved by the joint leadership teams of Finastra and our Partners. * Realise the value from the approved business case and successfully transition to a new GTM. * Articulate and communicate the value proposition across both the Finastra and Partner ecosystems. * Realisation of incremental revenue from the new GTM. Responsibilities & Deliverables: You will be building out the Co-Innovation program initiatives, which includes: * Communicate strategies and objectives cross-functionally as all functions will be involved in realising the value proposition of the Co-Innovation initiatives. * Identify any risks and develop a strategy to mitigate or address these. * Communicate progress frequently to key stakeholders. * Establish KPIs to evaluate the success of the Co-Innovation initiative and present any findings to key stakeholders. * Liaise with the various departments (Legal, HR, Finance, Product and etc) to develop the initiative from concept to GTM. * Travel requirements will be a minimum of 20% Required Skills and Experience: * Managing and developing a successful cross-functional team * Strong financial knowledge for business modelling * Ability to articulate complex business processes * Strong Leadership and high-level ability to collaborate * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Results driven personality able to maintain strategic business focus. * Ability to effectively define, plan, schedule and control projects. Ability to prioritize in a complex, multi-tasking environment * Collaborates effectively with others to achieve goals and to drive results * Demonstrates accountability and commitment by making sound decisions * Ability to guide, lead and influence leadership team and key stakeholders * Experience of working in a multi-country / multi-cultural environment. * High levels of energy, resilience and emotional intelligence * Hardworking and passionate: it's not just what you do but how you do it Qualifications: * Previous experience which demonstrates numeracy and literacy
